The Business Behind Your Brilliance
You started your business because of a passion, a gift, a vision. The daily grind of running it was never supposed to steal that from you. That's where I come in.
You're brilliant at what you do. Running the business is a different story.
I've sat across from the woodworker who lights up talking about his craft — and completely shuts down in front of a spreadsheet. The bike shop owner who almost convinced me to buy a bike through sheer passion — and nearly cried looking at a financial statement. The founder who built something remarkable — and is now drowning in the operational chaos that comes with success.
Managing the grind is where my joy lives. I bring 25 years of operational expertise to unburden my clients from the chaos — so they can get back to doing what they do best. Whether you're running a $500K lifestyle business or scaling toward $10M, the operational chaos looks the same. So does the fix.
"Managing the grind is where my joy lives."
Founders & Entrepreneurs
You built something real. Now the vendor emails, contractor chaos, budget tracking, and operational fires are pulling you away from the work that actually grows your business.
Product-Based Businesses
You understand your product and your customers. The supplier relationships, procurement process, and operational infrastructure? That's where things fall apart. It doesn't have to.
High-Growth or High-Chaos Businesses
You're scaling fast — or things are moving faster than your systems can handle. Either way, you need someone who's been inside that kind of pressure before and knows what to do with it.
Your Swiss Army Knife for Business Operations
There's no job description for what I do because every client needs something different. Some weeks it's vendor negotiations. Some weeks it's keeping your team from imploding. Some weeks it's making sure the numbers your accountant is screaming about actually make sense to you.
I show up every week and handle whatever needs handling — with 25 years of operational experience, financial fluency, and the ability to make complex things feel manageable.
Engagements are structured as 3, 6, or 12 month agreements — because the best results come from a relationship with time to breathe. Initial agreements include a 30-day mutual fit guarantee, and renewals are always your choice.
How We Work Together
Working with me isn't complicated — which is the point. You tell me where things are breaking. I take it from there. No extensive onboarding decks, no learning curve you have to manage. By the end of week one, things are already moving.
The Foundation
For businesses with one defined operational problem that needs to be solved — and solved properly. Not everything needs full bandwidth. Sometimes you just need the right person locked in on the right thing.
• Monthly priority-setting call
• Focused operational scope — one area, deep attention
• Email and messaging support
• Monthly recap and next-month plan
The Operator
Full operational bandwidth across your business. You set the priorities; I handle the execution. This is where real transformation happens.
• Weekly check-in and priority alignment
• Full operational bandwidth — you decide the focus
• Vendor and contractor management
• Team coordination and stakeholder management
• Budget oversight and financial tracking
• Priority communication and response
The Partner
For businesses in growth mode or full chaos mode. Deep operational support and full strategic continuity — execution, presence, and accountability at every level.
. • Everything in The Operator
• Rapid response availability
• Quarterly business review
Engagements are scoped and priced individually. These tiers are a starting point for the conversation, not a menu.
I've spent 25 years making other people's businesses run.
I've spent 25 years making other people's businesses run.
My colleagues used to call me the puppet master. Not because I was pulling strings for my own benefit — but because if something needed to happen, they knew to bring it to me. I'd figure out the path, move the pieces, and make sure it got done. That was just Tuesday.
I've managed global supply chains across three continents, negotiated contracts with suppliers in China, Germany, and the UK, built pricing systems that turned weeks of analysis into minutes, and kept entire departments from imploding when leadership was too busy to notice the warning signs. I've done this in pet care, aerospace, marine manufacturing, and consumer goods.
That background isn't a detour — it's exactly why I can walk into any business, regardless of size or industry, and find what's broken faster than someone who's only ever worked in one function. Operational chaos looks the same everywhere. I've just seen more versions of it than most.
I've also sat across from enough passionate business owners to know that the thing that makes someone brilliant at their work is rarely the thing that makes them good at running a business. And that's not a flaw — it's just a gap. My job is to close it.
Today I work with a small number of founders, entrepreneurs, product businesses, and high-growth companies who need someone they can genuinely trust to handle the operational side of their world. Not an assistant. Not a consultant on a project. A partner who shows up every week and handles whatever needs handling.
I work fully remotely, across time zones, with clients globally. I'm direct, financially literate, calm under pressure, and I genuinely enjoy the chaos that makes most people want to leave the building.
My clients call me their cone of trust and safety. I'm the person they call when something is breaking, when they don't know who else to trust with it, and when they need someone who will handle it without drama and without judgment. That's not a job title. That's a relationship.
You should probably also know this about me.
A note about Coop
Coop is my Lhasa Apso and Chief Morale Officer. He has strong opinions about nap schedules and zero opinions about quarterly reviews, which makes him the ideal business partner. He appears occasionally in client updates and is universally beloved. Fair warning.

Tell Me What’s Breaking
Tell me about your business, where things are breaking down, and what you wish you could stop thinking about.
Ready to hand off the grind?
I take on a maximum of three clients at a time. This is intentional — because the work I do requires real attention, not divided bandwidth. If you're ready to stop managing the chaos and start focusing on what you do best, let's talk.
I don't just manage your operations. I become your cone of trust and safety — the one person in your business who always has your back.

Discovery Call
We spend 45 minutes figuring out if we're the right fit. I ask a lot of questions. So should you.
